Eligible to apply are all individuals who have participated in any program of the organization, having undergone a significant process for a period of at least six months.
The Agam Excellence Scholarship is intended for undergraduate academic studies (Bachelor’s degree only), in any field of study, at one of the following universities:
Ben-Gurion University of the Negev
Bar-Ilan University
University of Haifa
Reichman University
Tel Aviv University
The Hebrew University of Jerusalem
Technion – Israel Institute of Technology
Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrated personal or social excellence within the organization or the community, such as leadership, entrepreneurship, volunteering, or mentoring.
Applicants must express willingness to remain connected with the alumni community of the organization, including participation in activities, events, or inspiring future generations.
The organization’s Scholarship Committee will consider all aspects—personal, academic, and social—and will select recipients at its sole discretion.
Renewal of the Agam Excellence Scholarship for additional years (if offered) will be conditional upon academic progress and active participation in social or community activities on behalf of the organization.
The organization reserves the right to update the criteria and application requirements from time to time.
Confirmation of acceptance to academic studies for the upcoming academic year.
Meeting academic eligibility requirements – high school grade average and/or psychometric score, according to the requirements of the academic institution.
Personal recommendation from the mentor or coordinator who accompanied the candidate on behalf of the organization.
Updated résumé (CV).
Applications may be submitted under the following conditions:
Possible Exceptions:
Candidates who participated in the program for less than six months but experienced a particularly significant personal process.
Candidates who have been accepted to an accredited academic institution in Israel that does not appear on the listed institutions.
Candidates who did not fully meet the academic requirements but demonstrated outstanding potential, high motivation, and significant community contribution.
Application Process:
The candidate must submit a written request for an exception (up to one page), describing the program’s impact on their personal journey and outlining their academic and social vision, together with supporting documents (e.g., personal letter, recommendations, or required attestations).
All exception requests will be collected and presented to the committee for review.
The committee convenes once a year (or as needed) to evaluate applications.

Upholding the organization’s values: excellence, equal opportunity, and contribution to society.
Transparency and fairness: each request is reviewed according to the same parameters, without bias.
Balance between maintaining existing criteria and allowing flexibility for special circumstances.
Final Decision:The committee’s decision regarding exception requests is final and cannot be appealed.
